Fruit of a forbidden and rare relation between a drow elf and a high elf, the drahuls are deformed creatures, half humanoid and half spiders, cursed by their own blood. Nomads banned from their homes, that hide themselves at subterranean caves near the drow forest of Anahul Maakh.

Combat: Drahul have the head and torso of a deformed humanoid with scorpion-like pincers on the arms and with about eight eyes on the face, his legs and lower body resembles those of a giant spider. His best strategy during combats is to grab his preys with his two huge pincers, inflicting 1-10 points of damage each, while he tries to bite and releases his deadly poison on the poor victims. Thus, he can fight three opponents at once. If a drahul manages to grab a victim in a pincer, it will automatically inflict 1-10 points of damage each round until he releses the victim. The victim has but one chance to escape. If he can make his bend bars/lift gates roll, he will escape the claw. However, this can be the character's only action that round and it can be tried only once per combat. If the poisonous bite is employed against an untrapped victim, an attack roll is required for a successful attack, but a trapped character is automatically struck by any bite attack directed at him with no attack roll required.
The poisonous bite causes 1-6 points of damage and releases a Type F poison, which causes immediate death if the victim fails the saving throw. Drahuls are also very resistant to magic, being totally immune to charm and sleep spells, and having a magic resistance of 70%. However, they apparently do not show any innate magical abilities such as the drow elves.

Habitate/Society: Drahuls looks just like elves or sometimes half-elves for the majority of their infancy, tough as they approach their adulthood, their cursed blood start to deform their bodies and transform them into horrid monsters. Since their transformations, drahuls will have to wander the lands with their condemned bodies, seeking a place where they can live hidden away from the look of the civilization. Tales say that some very rare, rare among the rare of these folk, didn't had shown the effects of this curse and lived with their normal elven bodies, obtaining both the powers of the high and drow elves... Such beings are often called as True Drahuls or Gray Elves in those tales.

Ecology: Drahuls are usually found alone or with 2d6 huge spiders (10% chance), rather than with other drahuls. They are violent, aggressive creatures that favor blood over all types of food. They stalk their victims tirelessly, waiting for the right chance to strike.
